Terrible customer service. Worst experience at a post office I've had. Me and the only other customer were white and every time they talked to us they sounded annoyed and all the rest of the time spoke Chinese or whatever language it was. It was very rude. I asked if I can tape my printed out Amazon return label on and they said I have to buy a roll of tape and wouldn't tape it. They rolled their eyes giving me a clear sheet to put the label in but I refused to buy a roll of tape and just left. Would not recommend at all. I went to the post office I regularly go to and they taped my packages no issue

Just had the worse customer service experience. I left my package over there, but literally afraid if it will be well cared. I'll never come back.

I can simply say, the staff is so rude to the customers, and the worst thing about this place is that they mostly speak their own language! I don’t recommend it. I’m wondering whether the store manager really reads the reviews on the Google!

Canada post is bad because of government supports, these stores are worst! When I have a package, Canada post doesn’t attempt delivery and just put a paper. I have to go to store. When in store they just look at computer and say it’s not here. One time I found my package behind her/him, while she even didn’t try to look for my package which was right beside her.
