I pick up and mail from this place a lot. What I found was the level of service is not very consistent. It depends on who is working there at that time. The younger asian girl who was working on Friday was very understanding and helpful. Some of the senior workers are extremely rude and condescending the one who works on Saturday was extremely reluctant to help She even claimed that I the customer "did not have the right attitude to ask for help" when I asked her to help me return a Shaw package since I was not familiar with the process. They should start hiring new people since the old employees are extremely rude and unprofessional.

The worst Canada Post costumer service ever! I haven’t seeing such a rude treatment in the area. They definitely treat you in way that make you feel like you’re bordering them so badly.

Probably the rudest staff I've experienced in Burnaby anywhere. It's like you don't even exist. If this happened once or even twice sure I understand but it's everytime.

Awful staff, rude and unhelpful, especially the women. They also shelve your stuff when you argue with them. Lots of stuff never received. Just never go there. They should be fired. It's a big stain on post Canada.

Staff is not super friendly but I had no issues and they were pretty helpful. The impression overall was not bad, but they office is very messy.
