Very bad service. Never on schedule, closes earlier than supposed to. They dont understand anything and not knowledgeable, not trained well, very slow, always line up. This is supposed to be Canada post and the staff should be trained and be able to answer any questions. They don't even deserv 1 star, it should be NO STAR. STAY AWAY from this location. Agree with all the other bad reviews. Please leave your bad reviews so they make the place better and they try to train the staffs.
Horrible experience every time. Always end up arguing with Canada Post staff at this location over lack of provisions, poor communication, and terrible customer service. I live 5 min walk away from this Canada Post and have to take public transit to a different location just to send mail. Fire the current staff and hire newer, better employees for the betterment of local patrons!
Worst customer service, lady at the counter barely cared about explaining our options to send the parcel
Terrible experience. Wanted to return a package which already had a Canada Post return label attached. Lady working that day refused to accept it telling me it's a "UPS label". She sent me away and I drove to another Canada Post who accepted the package 🙄
Waste of time at this location.
