The old guy there (I am not young either) would not let me use their hand cart to bring in my big heavy box which a friend helped to put in my car. I had to carry it in and was not easy. So if you need to do the same invest in a hand cart of your own. Was it a racial issue? I don't know.

The staff is professional. I usually just drop off package there, so they process it really fast. However there is always a long line and the customers before me always take extremely long time. Since there is social distance measures and people have mask required so I don’t mind that much wait inline :)

I was there to purchase $3000 in paysafe cards on Nov 5th and was treated like some sort of criminal. It was an older asian gentleman that was working there. I've purchased these cards at another location many many times and had zero issues and was treated with respect. The gentleman asked me for ID when making the purchase, i asked what for? And he said just in case it was money laundering... I told him i specifically purchased these cards elsewhere without anyone asking for ID many times and in even bigger denominations. He said he needed to put it in the system, which was a straight up lie. He took my ID and wrote it down on a piece of paper and stuck it into his drawer like hes suspecting me of committing a crime. I asked another location if you needed my ID to put into the system when making these purchases, the all replied NO. I do not know why he automatically assumed i was money laundering, because i was making a purchase for paysafe cards??? For the record, these cards are used for online GAMING! I will NEVER go there again or recommend anyone that place. Management better do something like retrain him or something, because this was unacceptable, cannot treat customers in that manner.

Worst customer service and long wait time in line. Canada post should check up on their locations as this one is a embarrassment!
