When the service is decent there are no issues, but I never know if I’m going to get the staff members who walk around the store, chat with other workers while customers wait, ignore the line, and mumble incoherent directions on how to proceed without them. I generally avoid this location if I can.

Delivery is terrible. We got a late warning note for not picking up our package despite never getting a note in the first place. It showed up the next day wasting our time to go back to the location to be told it was for the item we picked up the day before?.... Today we got a note on our door for missed delivery despite the fact someone was actually home all day and they couldn't be bothered to knock or ring the bell.
