Small counter but seems to do a huge volume of mail and parcel pick-ups. Staff are professional and try their best to keep things moving.

I wish someone had told me, before I paid $63 to have my mail forwarded, that the service did not include parcels. It is only applicable to letter mail. 95% of my "mail" is sent to me via email, so before you decide to use this service, ask yourself if those pieces of letter mail are truly worth $63. But according to Canada Post, it's my bad for not reading the fine print and just assuming that mail is mail.

Would be great if they posted accurate hours on Google Maps...

The 'normal guy' is great. He is so friendly, even at the busiest times...and even better, he keeps the line moving at a reasonable rate. God help you if he is not working though...
