Shoppers Drug Mart

I transferred my prescription from Drugstore in Save-on-foods to the Chinook shoppers. And for the same medication they charged me so much more! Is there any regulation over the price of medications? When I asked why you’re charging me so much more than the other pharmacy, they literally told me we do cuz we can! Will not recommend this shoppers and will not go there again!

I was at the mall on November 28, I visited the store and the new security is incredible, the guard provides amazing customer service and the staff is always helpful. Keel up great work 🙌🙌

This is the most embarassing moment in my life! Very! For the security personnel in this establishment, you are not doing your job the way that it should be. I know that you're just doing your job, but for thinking us that we stole something, that is beyond for us, to think that you don't even have courtesy towards us, that's rude! You just directly asked to show what's on my pocket. You don't even bring us to private place, people will think of us that we stole something, and that is publicity. God knows that I am not that kind of human being, god sees everything. Coming from a strong family with values and principles. I've learned to differentiate the good things and the bad things. You don't even apologize for the things that you have caused, that really affect me as a human being. Considered as one of the bad things that happens to my life. And it takes time to forget this! Sometimes securities right now are just good suspecting others, but they can't even caught the real stealers.

Ok now this place needs to update its covid protocols. Staff wearing there masks not covering their noses, cleaning handles coolers and counter with the same dirty cloth. And the store had too many people it. Sorry not for me ...I left quickly.

Ignored by staff while they quickly doted on old ladies that came in after me. When I approached a staff member to ask for help locating an item in the boutique, she rolled her eyes at me and I was dismissed with vague directions and extremely innapropriate attitude. This was followed by the security guard standing at the end of the aisle I was in, arms crossed, staring at me. This is one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional shopping experiences I've ever had. Truly appalling and pathetic level of customer service to be frank.
