The pharmacists are great! They care and take their time to answer questions and explain the prescription to you.

Shopper's North Hill has always been very kind and informative. They have a high volume of customers, and still manage to get my prescriptions filled in a timely manner. I like this Shopper's because they're open a bit later than the Northland one.

The pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are always helpful and genuinely care. I've been with them for roughly 3 year's and can say it's been nothing but fantastic.

Chintan the pharmacist was extremely unprofessional on the phone and instead of helping me solve my problem told me to call tomorrow. Was unknowledgeable of his stores practices. Worst customer service I have received in a long time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I would recommend any place other than this pharmacy. I waited in line 15 minutes to check in for a flu shot, then sat there for another 45 minutes before being told I needed to check in again. I was asked several times what I was waiting for and despite responding “flu shot” each time, apparently each employee decided not to investigate further. While waiting I observed every manner of chaos for each other person trying to fill their own prescriptions. Everyone working appeared to be various levels of incompetent
