Rexall

I went to the post office in Rexall today to mail off 11 Christmas cards, I was so excited when there was no line at all and 2 employees working the counter. I was informed that they didn't have any stamp packs and I should go ask the cashier up front if she had any and then come back. Excuse me, is that not your job? Plus there was a big line up front to talk to the cashier. So I left, and HAPPILY stood in line at a VERY busy shoppers to mail off my cards with no incompetence from their staff. No wonder Rexall is always quite.

Great prompt service from the cashier and cosmetics 💄 I did notice that when they paged a manager for a question that i had i noticed upper management was not interested in coming down to the floor and actually helping me... (Overheard it on her mini mic) The cashier looked embarrassed and did her best to page management but it seemed they could of use different or better management. Long story short both the cashier and cosmetics lady helped me to find what I was looking for and the question I had.

My wife and I shop here often for medicine. The red headed cashier was very helpful ringing us through when it got busy a few days ago. Very friendly service.

Ali the pharmacist is wonderful! Kind helpful and goes about and beyond to make sure I understand all medications and get what I need.
