Rexall

Super slow. Asked them to transfer my prescription and they said that my other place needs to call them WHEN I can tell them the name. How ridiculous is that. Never again. Worst experience ever.

I have been going to this Rexall every week for over 4 years and they are all fantastic and very helpful and knowledgeable

Return policy very bad

What is the point of having me call in a day in advance for refills if I have to wait while they put the order together? May as well not bother getting any advance notice. Wouldn’t really make a difference. Guess they know they have you by the short and curlies. At least the staff is pleasant.

The place is fine, the staffs are kind of helpful. The issues I have with them is I have SPC card as well as air miles collector card. When I asked they said they don’t do it, although the website clearly says they have. The worst pat is they have an SPC label on the monitors then they told me that it’s no good. If you want to collect points, it’s better to go somewhere else. 4/5 for customer service.
