I.D.A. - Sandstone Pharmacies Dover

Recently began using this pharmacy for my prescriptions and have had no problems. They can fill your prescriptions quite quickly most days. But plan ahead, like an adult, and they can fill your prescription then text you when it's ready. I find this quite handy.

Drove 25 minutes out of my way after calling and being told they had buscopan. Which you do not need any prescription for. I went in, asked for it, wasted 5 minutes walking around, (already late for work, but desperate to get the medicine as I’ve been in severe pain for over a week.) then the pharmacist, who apparently took it upon himself to read my files rather than filling something that doesn’t even require a prescription, or the checking of my file like I’m a drug addict? Tells me that because I have a prescription for something else from a doctor, that I need “permission from my doctor” because apparently an adult woman isn’t capable of making her own medicinal decisions (big surprise, a man telling a woman what to do with her health.) I’ve literally been on both meds in the past before with zero consequences. Guess he didn’t peep far enough to find that though?? Lol. I then went to a different pharmacy, and they filled it with zero issues!😊 didn’t pry into my files, didn’t force me to get permission like a child. Big surprise, the pharmacist that didn’t try and make decisions for me was female. Lol. Finally got a taste of the stereotypical male forcing his medical bs on me. I wasn’t having it. I got my meds and I feel sooo much better. The other pharmacy was in the NorthWest. I’ll update with location for those who want a better experience. definitely come here if you want some man to refuse you a medication that you both have history with, and legally doesn’t require me to “get permission from a doctor.” But because each pharmacy has the ability to say no, some guy thought that would make it okay to try and force his “medical opinions” on an adult female who has dealt with this issues for over a decade.. good grief. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.

My family has been going to this pharmacy since it was called super 'b', when ben owned it, since the change in ownership and everything, it still has equally as amazing staff and customer service. One of the pharmasists, Dan, is very knowledgable and my go to for any questions. Overall it's a great pharmacy, staff are great and you're usually not waiting too long while your prescription is being filled.

Been going to this pharmacy since it was opened and called super b Dan and Sara are amazing the pharmacist on the weekends is a absolute nightmare and she won’t help anyone and is extremely rude make sure u go during the week
