I would give zero stars if I could. Made the mistake of getting a flu shot there yesterday. The pharmacist was not wearing a mask when I arrived and only put it on to administer the injection. Neither pharmacist asked about covid symptoms, and neither told me about common side effects to the flu shot. I was literally sent to a chair, pulled my arm out, and with zero warning she injected me. SHE DID NOT USE AN ALCOHOL RUB PRIOR TO THE INJECTION AND WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES. Clearly these people are not properly following health guidelines and put me at risk. I am pursuing this issue to high highest extent I can. I can't speak to their other services, but if you are considering getting a flu shot here I recommend you run the other way.

Called and spent 30 minutes on hold with the pharmacy to refill a prescription and was hung up on before being helped. When I finally got threw I was told 1 hour for my prescription, I came in 1.5 hours later and have still waited 30 minutes for my refill. Absolutely terrible pharmacy services. Would give 1 star but the store section itself is pretty good. Definitely would not recommend for pharmacy services.

If only I could give this pharmacy 0, I would. I started having allergic reactions to something I ate and decided to go the Shopper's Pharmacy since it is just a couple blocks from my place. I developed rashes and swelling in my neck and face and was itchy. I asked the pharmacist if I could get some help cause I have some allergic reactions. She wasn't very accommodating and just told me to call my doctor. She did not even spend even just a minute to ask about my symptoms. I said, I just need to ask a question and she said, I wouldn't recommend you getting anything without talking to your doctor. She just kept walking and did not even stop while talking. Not even looked my way. I decided to go to Safeway pharmacy and the pharmacist was very helpful and told me to take the medicine right away and don't hesitate to call 911 if my symptoms get worse. I would not recommend this pharmacy. I do not support places you can't rely in times of emergencies. Bring your business somewhere else. Maybe, just maybe they will learn a lesson if no one in the community supports their business.

I sent my husband to get shampoo after he walked to pick up groceries from Safeway. He was profiled and told to leave our food at the front on the floor. He refused since there are no signs anywhere or we don't want our food on the floor that was in his backpack during Covid19. He was kicked out of the store by the cosmetic lady and told to leave if he wouldn't comply. This was complete profiling and discrimination as I have seen many people in the store with purses,personal shopping carts and bags/backpacks. This was unacceptable treatment to your customers. You have cameras everywhere and you could have watched that he was only getting shampoo. I reported this to the assistant manager and i hope they have better training going forward. We will NOT be back.

The pharmacist who did the flu shot, poke into my upper arm recklessly. after two days I still feel the pain. reckless reckless, don't go there.
