This store doesn't want to redeem Petro points using the app. They want an actual card. If you have a card, they want to hold and take a look. It's Covid, that's why everyone is trying to just scan or tap to avoid touching things from other people. I called corporate office and they we're shock as to why they don't accept the app. The head office invested a lot in the brand new app.

I visited the peterocanada last week. The Site Manager and Cashier were at the cash counter. They greet me. I asked for fuel, i filled the fuel, upon checking my pockets, i noticed that i forgot my credit card. I told this about to Site Manager, he helped me in this ongoing situation of COVID 19 and gave me free gas. Thanks to Petrocanada for help in COVID 19. I observed that shop/gas station was neat and clean and every thing was perfact. Appreciate. I would recommed every one to vist at least once to get the experience of great service.
