Very good communication. They scheduled the work at my convenience. During the work the supervisor came to check if I liked the colors. The painters did a good job and kept the area clean. They called a few days after to check I was completely satisfied. Excellent experience and I will do business with them again.

Dan came to do the estimate and was a pleasure to deal with. The work we did was exterior painting. I was concerned about how it would look because the previous owner had all kinds of things attached to on the walls, and so there was a lot of patching to do. Eliot came and did an excellent job of all the prepping. Then when the paint went on, everything was smooth, clean and beautiful. He is a true professional at his trade.

Don't trust this company. They employ dishonest staff. I hired Certapro to sand my bathroom/ hallway and paint a few walls it was a nightmare. I had to request a sales quote twice before I got a response from the sales person, then the painters destroyed my tub with the sander which I reported and a person came in to examine the damage but refuse to fix the issue I had enough at that point that I've decided to do my own repairs. I don't like how they refused to take accountability for their actions and imply that I would scape and scratch my own bath tub. Why would I want that, it's so obvious their tools caused the damage! You can guarantee I will be sending them the bill for that. Plus, they never painted the door ways and there's areas where it doesn't even look like they painted at all (around the toilet). Such a waste of time and money. Your better off looking for a different company to paint for you. At one point their painter Rod joked about destroying a persons popcorn ceiling when it fell off in chunks while he was rolling paint over it... that just tells me how little they care about their clients property and the quality of service. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

From the initial quote request, questions, scheduling and finally painting, the entire team and each individual we were in contact with was professional and friendly. The estimate was fair and they completed the work on-time and on budget. Each day we received a status report, scope of work for the following day and everything was cleaned-up.
