Massively increase their daily rates, don't park here. Find a city lot, ridiculous that they raised prices this much in a pandemic.

They've increased their monthly rates since covid started. Trying to make up lost income from people returning to work. Brutal and unethical.

Taking advantage of customers during COVID! Shame on Impark. They won't issue a refund for the months we didn't go downtown since the Alberta government implemented non essential businesses close in March. Way to take advantage of your customer during a Pandemic.

Horrible experience, I parked there for a few hours on Feb 14, 2019, got a fine of $75. Trying to get the refund and it's been a month and still have not got my money back!. Try your best to avoid this place.

Good place to park on the weekend if all street parking is taken 3$ till morning wont be an issue.
