Poor customer service. We used the parking on Tuesday for 1h 40m ( between 4:29pm and 6:09pm) and we paid $23, although that the hourly rate was $8. We called for assistance but the assistant could not explain or give us an adequate explanation why we had to pay so much. Also, when we completed the payment the machine did not issue a receipt which we asked for when we spoke with the assistant but instead they offered to take my contact details and ask their supervisor to call us on the next day. Nobody has called us yet. Parking Rates DAILY RATE Hourly:$8.00 per hr Daily:$27.00 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) $18.00 6am-9am (Mon-Fri) Early Bird:$18.00 enter before 9am Evening:$6.00 flat 6pm-6am Weekend:$6.00 flat 6am-6pm

Beware. I travel for work all over the US and Canada. Worst parking customer service I have ever experienced. We paid and waited at the gate for 40 minutes because the machine refused to accept our ticket. I googled and called the number( no number provided at the station) and waited another 12 minutes. We had to pay twice just to get out. If I could give this company a negative rating I would. Never again.

Park at your own RISK! That's what it says at all parking lots, and it is particularly true here... I was broken into twice in less than a week! I called security the first time and because there was no damage, they couldn't do anything. They thought I had forgotten to lock my car and it was a crime of opportunity, I was very careful from then on. When it happened a second time, I knew it was not carelessness. Impark was apologetic, said that it happens sometimes and were able to switch me to an outdoor lot close by. I just didn't feel safe parking there any more. Until they get better security, I suggest you park elsewhere, if you must park here, remove all valuables from your vehicle.
