My car was stolen from their stupid parkade in an hour! No security as cars can just drive out and there are no cameras. Elevator is broken and homeless people living at bottom of stairs near boiler room. AVOID!!!

Parking meter didn't issue me with a ticket which I needed so I had to pay at another meter. I e mailed for a refund and on the payment I didn't get the ticket for and they never got back to me.

The elevator is always broken . And if it’s broken they don’t fix it for a month or two . Like how hard is it to just replace the elevator, elevator has been broken since August 2018. And there is only one handicap stall but there is stairs to go to the elevator so even if you have a stroller you have to carry the thing down or up stairs to just get to the main floor. So if you can’t do stairs, do not park here. Not very safe either, homeless like to do drugs in the elevator area.
