Someone has to teach these people what’s integrity mean, when I brought my orthotics they said they do refer points kind of thing, but when I refer my friend and took them their, they say they don’t do it anymore.not recommend anyone to go there,

Being a first time customer i have a lot of expectation especially i have been recommended by someone. Front desk should be more informative on what they want to see on your doctor's prescription. It's a waste of time having to come here and they would tell you that the doctor's prescription you brought does not have all the information they need without even telling you on the phone before making your appointment. Overall, all customer's should be treated the same. Whether there first time customer or a long time customer.
