My fourth choice to visit after Costco, Safeway and Co-Op

This is basically a loblaws for anyone from Toronto

I just have to get this rant off my chest. This morning (Dec13) I accompanied my niece to pick up groceries she had ordered online. She had been given a window to pick up at 11:00 .-when we arrived my niece phoned and said we were there and waiting. We were not able to get a spot in the 10 assigned pickup spots (some vehicles were parked there with no people inside so I am assuming those people just parked and went in for personal shopping - we advised that we were parked nearby where the allotted spots were. We waited and we waited - my niece did a follow-up call advising we were still waiting - once again clerk confirmed name and said they would be out shortly. After waiting 50 minutes I finally got fed up and went to the door from where the groceries were to be delivered - I advised we had been waiting almost an hour and noticed that others who had arrived after us had already been served!! Finally an overworked young clerk brought out the order - she was packing the groceries into the trunk and said that two of the items had been missed and she had to go into the store and grab them - this took another 10 minutes. Never in my life will I ever order online to pick up from this store The set up shows no organization whatsoever. Pick up times should be between perhaps a half hour window (not an hour) and when it is this busy there should be more people bringing groceries out!!! i did suggest to my niece that if she was going to try this again to definitely order during the week. I felt so sorry for the two people working their buns off - they were far outnumbered by customers waiting. . Someone needs to review the current set up as it is not working - - good luck Superstore - I personally will not be using this service.

I find this store way too stressful to shop in; often crowded and no one paying attention to signage, walking way too close (actually bumping into me without even looking) or not waiting properly. Its been like this for years. Each visit back every few years confirms that not much changes. Stock is similar in most stores so I'll drive further to go else where. Sorry. I understand there's not much they can do about their customers lack of courtesy and manners but it's important to note not all Superstores are this chaotic.

The service at the tills were very good for how many people come in. Can get very busy at times. But my review is poor because of the cleanliness! Especially the produce isle. Please wash everything because the customers don’t care about what they touch and where there hands of been. Kids running around eating fruit off the stands. The store itself is not that bad but wish there was someone to watch it because almost every time I go it’s something else.
