Safeway North Hill Centre

Lines way too long. 75% of the people had fewer than 15 items but had to wait in line with those who had many items or full carts. I had to wait 25 minutes to buy one item. No express lane available. Clerk very nice though.

Its as good as it gets. Lots of security which is okay. The produce needs to be rotated more often as its not as fresh as most other stores. The meat department is excellent...

Most poor customer service. Shopped here almost daily for multiple years and none of the employees made any attempt at being polite. Only the security guards present since COVID were ever polite. The staff repeatedly made me feel not welcome as if I shouldn’t be present in their store.

Really amazing customer service here, and great store manger/ owner who cares about their customers. Great staff too, always attentive and friendly. They are fully stocked with fave foods and fresh fruits & veggies.This Safeway follows all COVID precautions too, and deserves your business during these tougher times for all local businesses.

Meat selection and produce selection are terrible. They know they are in a food desert and price accordingly for subpar produce, fruit, meat, and seafood. Walked in at 6pm tonight and there were 0 steaks in the display at the meat counter and the seafood counter looked like an earthquake had just passed. I should’ve taken pictures. If you can avoid this place, definitely do. The security does absolutely nothing about people not wearing masks but heaven forbid you be a p.o.c shopping in that store, they’ll follow you around. The check out people are very nice, that’s the one star.
