I.D.A. - RX Drug Mart - 2022

I was shocked at the unprofessional service I received, not just from one staff but from three. I brought an item in for return and was treated like my request was the most offensive thing I could have asked. The two staff I approached rolled their eyes very obliviously and proceeded to complain about previous customers and their unreasonable expectations with returns. All this was said before I showed them the item I wanted to return. I was not returning medication nor anything hegiene related, so why were their bad experiences with previous customers of any concern to me? I am me, not them. It was unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. Then the manager came out and and when presented the receipt said in a very rude tone ‘we don’t accept returns that were purchased OVER 2 weeks ago. Grossly exaggerated as it was only 6 weeks. Regardless, if my timeline expired the return policy (which was NOT listed anywhere on the receipt), I should not have been made to feel guilty or like a criminal for asking. I will not ever step foot in there again, nor will my family who live locally and shopped there regularly.

Cute little drug store full of fun stuff besides just the pharmacy. Great place to find local honeys and products from canada. I love stopping in here.

Love this store! They carry Rit fabric dye at a very low cost, something that no one else carries in town. They have a wonderful giftware section, a pharmacy, and other common drug store items. Very nice and helpful people work here.

Excellent service
