I strained my left shoulder while shovelling snow. It was so painful I couldn't stand it. I phoned 7 hills at 10:00 am, had an appt at 1:00 pm that same day. Great place to have rehab done. Mandira is very knowledgeable and has many different approaches to the right kind of therapy that works best with my body. He takes the time to explain everything he is doing and why. He has helped me eliminate a need for back surgery by using Shockwave Thearpy to dissolve the extra bones that grew on my vertebrae. Very thankful for that as it affected the use of my leg. Accpunture and Laser Therapy for pain and inflammation has helped calm done aches and pains to give me back an active lifestyle. I am very happy with all the progress I have made. It does take time but absolutely worth it. I highly recommend 7 Hills Physiotherapy.

I went to 7 Hills with a painful shoulder that had been that way for months. Within 2 visits my shoulder was much improved. The staff is great and now my shoulder is back to normal. I would highly recommend 7 Hills.
