Excel Physiotherapy

Excel Physiotherapy is a wonderful office to go if you are suffering with neck and back pain. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and truly care. They make it top priority to ensure your road to recovery and go out of their way to make their clients feel safe and happy. The establishment is very clean and offers private rooms if you require not just curtains like many others. They have even accommodated my crazy work schedule. I highly recommend.

Booked an appointment over the phone on a Tuesday for a Friday afternoon... arrived on the Friday and the doors were locked. I gave them a call to see maybe they open the door for you but the lady (who I booked the appointment with on the Tuesday) said the therapist was sick so they called clients the day prior to cancel the appointments but I never received a call. She then says she doesn't see the appointment in the system....needless to say after spending 10 minutes on the phone on the Tuesday providing all the information she asked me was for no reason.

Staff is very friendly and provide excellent service. They have provided Physio and massage. Both services helped me immensely!

I would highly recommend going here. They are very caring and knowledgeable. Also are very determined to help as best as they can to reduce pain and suffering and get people back to feeling great again.
