I'm so glad I took my level one Reiki course here. Jane guided us at our own pace, made it fun, and ensured we understood what we were doing and how this would affect the people we work on! I can't say enough about how wonderful she is! And I CAN'T wait to now take level 2 and 3 with her! Thank you again!!

Have been practicing yoga at Sapphire Island for over 2 years now and it's become an important part of my life. Jane offers small classes with personalized attention and a gentle and therapeutic style of yoga that honors each student wherever they're at, and modified poses/movements for those with injuries or occasional soreness. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, safe environment to connect with yourself, your breath, and reflect on your life journey. I've also attended several Reiki treatments and workshops at this studio - have enjoyed them all!
