Charge Fitness

Very well set up for safe, socially distant, and efficient workouts! I have been working out for roughly 7 years and the workouts here are KILLER. Because of my busy schedule, these shorter 20 minute workouts have been a great alternative that leave me just as exhausted as my regular 1.5 workouts. Also a great mood booster for the day!

Just love how organized it is for safety during the COVID and the workout was again a hard workout. After done I was energized or I could have kept going. Thankyou again Charge Fitness.

A user-friendly, yet challenging fitness method. If you want the muscle recruitment of heavy compound lifts with only body-weight exercises, this is the place to go. Can’t wait for the opportunity to come back. Everyone interested in exploring alternative fitness methods should give this a go.

I had my first experience at charge fitness the other day, I enjoyed the work out because I instantly felt the benefits in a short amount of time. The workout targeted specific muscles that I wanted to work on without having to spend an hour and a half in the gym. The trainers were knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend going and trying it out. I’m excited to return for my next session :)
