Really nice facilities. Group fitness classes are in nice rooms.

A pretty decent gym for the most part however, they close off the best part of the gym during peak hours so that the student athletes can "workout." Their workouts consist mainly of bodyweight cardio exercises not requiring all the quarantined equipment. Aside from that the gym is kept clean and has everything you need. Wouldn't be worth it if you weren't a student there.

Decent Facilities but insanely expensive, as a non student 255$ gets you 4 months which is almost 3 times the price of a ymca pass or double the price of most premium gyms and the 255$ cost will only grant you access to either the weight room or climbing. The real damage though comes from the additional fees. The only lockers available will cost you money to use and if you want your stuff secured while showering you'll have to pay twice. Renting a towel costs $3.50 and forgetting your card will also cost you 3.50$ per visit. Parking is also not included and will cost you 3-9$ per session and classes are extra. Most of the really impressive facilities are for the varsity students only, and even access to something as simple as a room with a mirror is off limits for members. It's unfortunate but Carsa just feels like a money grab.

The gym has nearly everything you could possibly need. Such as platforms, bumper plates, a wide array of machines, every kind of cardio equipment, and cables. The gym appears to be quite large, but a portion of this is cordoned off for the varsity team during some of the busier hours. In addition, it's is more challenging to do a cross training workout at this gym becuase more of the cardio equipment is located upstairs while all the strength equipment is located downstairs. The building itself is wheelchair accessible and has elevators within it as well as 1 piece of cardio equipment upstairs and in the spin class. The people that work at the strength desk are very knowledge and are able to help you with any issues you might be having with your form or exercise.
