Wonderful family owned business that is such an asset to our community with how they give back and treats each of their patrons like family. Also, super friendly, inviting and not intimidating at all like some gyms can be.

I'm 39, male. This gym has no contracts, initiation fees, or mandatory uniforms. After visiting three other gyms in Maple Ridge I can say Athlete’s Arena is the best BJJ and cross fit gym for men, women, kids, and seniors. This gym includes customized programs for each individual, checking in on your progress, and optional meal planning. All you have to do is show up. As for BJJ, I started three months ago and I have yet to come across a single negative scenario. Everyone treats me like their own student, patiently showing me tips and tricks on how to train. I am absolutely hooked on this sport for the sole reason that I feel so welcomed every time I train.

I attended a seminar here. Friendly environment. Easy to find. Adequate parking.
