A rare lawyer indeed! A caring person who not only works diligently on his client's behalf but so easy to communicate with. When you call he answers personally and fills you in as to what is happening. Mr. McKay keeps you informed as to what is happening and what routes are available since the process is complicated for a lay person. Mr. McKay explains it all to you in plain language so you feel you're a part of the process instead of an outsider.

Please do not have any contact with this guy or his assistant. Just the worst of the worst in my humble opinion. You'd be better off using duty counsel. And if he is duty counsel get the date delayed. He is that bad.

If you want to get the run a round, poor communication and lose the case call this guy! Maybe h was better when he was younger like the picture he puts up is from 30 years ago , he is just going through the motions until he retires. No sense of justice, no passion for his profession,and will let you rot in the cell block.If you want to win your case do not call this guy.

This guy is a real jerk. When things didn't go his way he cursed me out and just acted more like a thug than a lawyer. Avoid the creep at all costs.

After a year of looking I cannot find a Nancy that was client of mine. It's a shame that she would not discuss this with me personally. My client base is well over 500 people and as she is the only person to complain I expect that the numbers speak well of my service to my clients. Donald McKay.
