Sheepdog is by far one of the best boxes I’ve ever trained at. From the community of supportive folks to the organization of the classes. The programming of all classes is really well thought-out to help you to progress in whatever your goals are. The coaches are thorough with their explanation of every workout and makes sure everyone is doing each exercise correctly (offering modifications if needed) and safely. The owners have seriously put in the energy in making sure it’s a well kept box and it shows. It’s always tidy and they are ensuring everyone follows all COVID related protocols. Thank YOU for making SD a place I feel welcomed and excited to come in each day ☺️!!!
