This is an outstanding facility with amazing trainers. Bootcamp classes are for all fitness levels and everyone who attends is very supportive and welcoming. Private training classes are led by a variety of skilled trainers and there is now even one-on-one boxing training led by a professional fighter. I love working out here. Ibby Ali is the best strength and conditioning coach in town! Affordable, fun and effective fitness training is at New Edge Alliance.

Best non-gym workout in Coquitlam. My first fitness class was a super sweaty bootcamp and even though it was mostly body weight exercise and light weights, New Edge has a unique style that makes it extra challenging for people who want to lose weight and tone muscle. Beginner Bootcamp is great for a first visit, to get an idea of the group training style, then book the popular high-intensity bootcamp if you want to test your cardio conditioning and REALLY see what you are made of 😁👍 Seriousiy the best fitness club in tricities! Members come from all over like Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, (I go there from.North Vancouver) and some even drive from downtown or Burnaby. That's how good it is.

I have become a longtime client. I started at the Burnaby bootcamps a few years ago and now the new Coquitlam fitness studio where I've tried personal training, private boxing lessons, small group classes, advanced bootcamp and Beginner Bootcamp. Beginner Bootcamp had similar exercises to the famous New Edge group fitness bootcamp format but with less intense cardio. I recommend the Beginner level classes for anyone who wants to improve strength and conditioning but who needs lower impact/low intensity. The format is still suitable for a weightloss transformation or muscle building but helps people get started on their goals with confidence that they can physically keep up and complete a session. Anyone who has an injury or feels they are out of shape (or used to be in really good shape) will like the intro bootcamp to get back in the health and fitness game.
