Jai Yoga Studio

If I had to pick one word to describe Jai and his wonderful team of yogi's would be 'HOME.' When you step into the space you are greeted by name. It's warm and inviting with gentle infrared, incense, and without the glow of cellphones in the studio. The Shavasana's and intentions for each class are wonderful and spiritual. I am so lucky to have found this place.

I just started yoga classes, still much more there to try but from the beginning I felt realy good energy and met nice, knowledgeable instructors.

Thanks for opening your studio Jai Yoga. It's quaint, calm and provides me with great peace of mind and exercise too! My wife loves it too and I believe is addicted to your classes! :)
