Good staff

This gym is pretty legit. And for the price... It's very legit. There's a big weights/machine room (w/ punching bag), a conditioning room, a training room (think turf, ropes, jump boxes and such) and a pool!?!? Sign me up. Everyone is really friendly and the gym goers seem nice enough. I recommend checking it out if you're in the Burnaby area.

Still a very new member, but the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as they gave a tour and checked in during our first workout. Great variety of equipment for cardio, strength, and functional fitness. Multiple squat racks, free weights, and enough cleaning stations to feel safe. Only suggestion would be another deadlift platform, but really, you can never have too many of those.

Great old school, no nonsense gym with several flexible payment options. Staff are an absolute treat, helpful and supportive. A little on the busy side but not enough to disrupt your workout.

Decent safety protocols but some staff are lax in maintaining them.
