Very impressed. Called ahead to see if they could adjust a watch strap. Person on the phone was incredibly-friendly. When we arrived, they attended to us right away, the person who worked with us (a different person) was equally friendly. The job was done well, quick and only cost us $5! I don't normally write reviews, but had to say something. :)

When I was looking for a jeweller to have my wedding rings re-sized, a few people recommended Hammond Jewellers. I am happy to say that I was not disappointed. The store is clean and bright. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and my rings were done beautifully and back on my finger sooner than estimated. I am very please with the service I received, and will gladly recommend Hammond Jewellers to anyone. Thank you!!

I have been going to Hammond Jewellers for the last 10-15 years. I have had jewelry repaired and bout graduation gifts for my daughters there. I most recently had my family ring resized. Even with Covid19 protocols in place I was treated with courtesy and respect. They first examined the claws it to ensure all of the stones were safely set, then determined the size I needed. My ring was returned earlier than promised, sized exactly as requested and it was cleaned. Hammond Jewellers is a great local business and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Whether looking for rings, watches, clocks or repairs of all of the above, they are a great place to go.

We went to Hammond Jewellers to create a custom anniversary band, and it was a great experience! Special thanks to Emma for taking the time to understand what I was asking for and for emailing me updates throughout the creative process (sending pictures of the CAD design and the mould)! I had gone to Hammond Jewellers after multiple friends had told me about their amazing experiences there. My grandmother had passed away and I was given one of her rings that unfortunately didn’t quite fit into something I could wear everyday. I hated that it lived in a box in my closet and wanted to wear something that reminded me of her everyday. She sadly passed away months before my now husband proposed (she couldn’t wait for us to get married) so my idea was to turn her ring into my “one year band”. After doing plenty of research and asking around, it was without a doubt, the best thing to take it to Hammond Jewellers. I was greeted by Emma who was amazing and loved the idea of turning my grandmas ring into a band I could wear with my engagement ring. I showed her pictures of my ideas (which were all different from one another) and they actually had ALL of them on their display to show with my engagement ring to see how it looked against it. She gave me great advice and I was confident they would execute everything I wanted. I was sent a text picture a week after I left showing me the mold of the ring they were going to make and after agreeing with the design, I received my ring after 3 weeks. I was in awe with my new ring. It was exactly what I asked for, and exactly what they said they would create for me. I will from now on take all of my pieces to Hammond Jewellers!
