Canadian Freightways

They do not have customer service, and perhaps have never heard of it. In the end, you will either find another courier option that is better than Canadian Freightways or wish you just drove the item yourself. I do not recommend anyone to trust this company with valuable items or expect their staff to provide customer care when issues arise. All of their customer care "solutions" lead back to one single manager who has inexplicably poor customer service skills and is outright rude. Over many years, I've been routinely disappointed with Canadian Freightways and now take business elsewhere.

Wed Nov 4 0845 Gloucester business park. Just got stop on road way 2 lanes, both directions. As a Canadian freighters semi pulled a u-turn mid traffic with a 42 foot trailer across all 4 lanes. Very clear there is no professional drivers at Canadian freightways. Disgusting to see

I had a really good experience with them. Original my they had been supposed to pick up a TV for me.on a Friday in London/Ontario but they didn't come but in Monday :( So I then was to get my TV not on Friday anymore but on Monday in Vancouver BC. Oh well. But then I still ended up getting it on Friday :) When I called their customer service, the ladies had been all.vwry friendly and helpful. The driver was also very nice and I gave him a tip.
