Apex were able to assist us with the splitting of approximately 10 large boulders found during the renovation of a multifamily building in downtown Vancouver. As a long time contractor and Civil engineer I was very impressed with both the knowledge and customer service of Brendan at Apex. I have used expanding grout in the past to break rock but found Apex’s product to be particularly effective even with minimal holes drilled. Also noteworthy, was Apex’s advanced drill bit which we found drilled more quickly with minimal binding and no noticeable wear after 20 feet of drilling 1.5” holes.I highly recommend

These guys really know their stuff. I called to get advice on a few boulders in my backyard. They not only gave me great advice but also gave me multiple different ways to do it within my budget. They offered to come and help or teach me how to do it myself. I went with an expanding grout they developed themselves called "NexPro." With the incredibly detailed instructions they gave me, I was able to break all of them up in 2 days. Not only that but I called in a few times for questions along the way and they made time to help me every time I called in. HIGHLY recommend NexPro and the service at Apex was phenomenal.
