This is good facility and the staff are friendly and helpful. They always try their best to offer their help. When the door of my rental unit did not able to open smoothly, the staff just arranged the tech guy to fix it within 3 hours. Great job.

The facility is great. The space and the environment is awesome. The staff are friendly and will assist in all your needs, especially Kelly. They have provided us good service and the rental rate is affordable. I will definitely use this storage again. I highly recommend this storage facility and this location. We have been storing our supplies for our business for a few years at this Coquitlam Maple Leaf storage and it has been the most secure and well maintained storage facility that we have had the pleasure of utilizing. The ladies (staff) are extremely friendly and accommodating and are always happy to help, and I would give them a thousand bonus points for the cookies and candy that they are always offering at the front desk. In addition they have been even more accommodating during these trying times, especially with cleanliness and any other extra requests we have made of them. I would give them ten stars if I could and would encourage anyone who is looking for a safe, friendly, clean and affordable storage unit to go here, you won’t be disappointed!
