Only giving two stars because like two of the teachers were really great and the principal had a dog for a bit. 0/10 experience tho wouldn’t go through it again if somebody paid me.

Teachers are more respectful than average, but as always there are a few bad eggs that use intimidation tactics or miss the mark every time they make a joke. The building appears high-quality, but has numerous inherent design flaws. Overall, Centennial feels oddly unprofessional, but that's to be expected of an SD43 school.

I ordered an entree at the cafeteria for the first timeand I found a hair in my bacon! They don't where hair nets. Would not recommend/10

Centennial secondary is a medium-sized high school in Coquitlam, BC. Although it advertises itself as a medium-sized high school, the edifice is quite small. I find the teachers here and the overall curriculum quite a bit easier than other schools in the area (such as Dr. Charles Best secondary school). The students here are alright, alike any other high school. There has been a minor vaping issue as of current, but as mentioned earlier, it is not uncommon in most modern Canadian high schools. This is an inner-city school; thus, some students may appear a bit rough. I personally find the music department quite weak, the Junior concert band (the largest ensemble) housing only 40 students, of which only a small portion actually practice. However, the athletic department at Centennial is very competent, winning this school several awards every year.
