We love our travel agent Michelle. We come back to her again and again. She is awesome.

A ZERO star would best describe this store! We bought a tour to Mexico on this " TRAVEL AGENCY" if you can call it TRAVEL AGENCY. Upon walking in the 2 agents were busy on the computer (Nancy) and one on the phone while clipping her nails (Teresa). Never greeted. I sat down and an employee came into the store said hi, mentioned she's on lunch but one of the ladies would help and then walked away. Another couple walked in and tried to ask question, the lady on her cell phone responded rudely "can't you see im on the phone?"... It was very awkward. The couple then turned to the one using the computer, but she, too, said i'm in the middle of an important email, i cant help you so please wait in line. I guess the couple felt insulted and left. We sat for 15min. Not once were we acknowledged or apologized for the wait. Instead 15 min later the lade on her cell phone finished her call and rudely asked what we were waiting for and when we explained we were waiting for one of them to help, she said she had no idea and that WE didn't say anything. What kinda agency does this kind of rude response to their customers? It's YOUR job to greet your customers. How oblivious are you? When we said we will take our money else where, she rudely said "we can't help you if you don't know let us know you're looking for a flight or a trip" and continued with her . Horrible customer service. Didn't even bother doing business with them. Horrible and rude! Spend your money some where else if i were you!

Attendant was not really friendly, besides that they don’t offer nothing to make worth a visit. According to them all they do is to have access to reports of people who went there... well I do too it’s called trip advisor... they don’t offer better price nor alternative payment plans.
