Super awesome service. Booked flights with them that needed to be cancelled due to COVID. They were tremendously helpful with cancelling the bookings and have continued to help with answering any questions related to updated airline policies. While they can’t control airline policy changes, Hansem is much more helpful than any airline customer representatives in clarifying and addressing customer concerns.

I missed out on a good promo price for a flight but they kept checking for me and after a few days got me on another flight with even better price. The staff worked hard to make sure I am not disappointed.

Nini was the best travel agent ive ever had! She helped me book the flights to Taiwan for me and my boyfriend. She’s not only nice but also professional, intelligent and reliable. The booking progress was smooth and comfy. They also accept email-transfer as a payment options and they have the best price & service in town.
