Panago Pizza

I take back everything I said about Panago. I placed an order, went into the store then they said it wasn't placed. Been coming here for 3 years. I even confirmed the location. The supervisor woman told me if I don't have the name of the person who took my order she couldn't help me. These people are out of their minds. I will NEVER COME BACK TO PANAGO AGAIN. NOT EVEN IF YOU PAID ME. The 'customer care' is the worst I have ever experienced. Please never go here. You have a lot of choices.

DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND THE OWNER COULDN'T CARE LESS!! THE TWO LARGE PIZZAS I ORDERED TONIGHT WERE STONE COLD, STALE, NO TROPICAL SAUCE AT ALL!!! UNDERCOOKED DOUGH AND ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FLAVOUR!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NO HELP AND WOULDN'T ISSUE ANY KIND OF REFUND AND SAID I WAS SCAMMING THEM CUS I THREW OUT MOST OF THE PIZZA CUS IT WAS TODAY INEDIBLE!!! OWNER SAID CUS OVER 90% WAS EATEN (EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HIM I THREW IT OUT) HE WAS STILL BEING EXTREMELY RUDE AND WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING!!! I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE AND DISPICABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT DESERVES NO STARS AT ALL!!! WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN !!!!

I asked for extra cheese and sauce and it looked like I got half cheese and half sauce. Total rip off. There was large topping less areas throughout the pizza. The guy that made the pizza must have been the owner. I strongly recommend the panago in port coquitlam. Whenever I order extra cheese and extra sauce I get what I pay for.

On numerous accounts my pizza has been wrong. A couple of times they did not adhere to my allergy and sometimes the pizza has been over 45 mins late. This has been a constant issue with this location with constant credits. On one occasion in specific, order was over 40 mins late and the call center could not get a hold of this location for over 45 mins to see where my order was. How ridiculous. You would think the issue would get resolved after one time. I still have yet to recieve a call from store manager for an issue a while back. Never ordering from this location again.

Good quick service and the pizza was good! Overall good experience
