Scott and his team really stepped up and gave me back a car that looks and feels better than it did rolling off the lot last year. The day I dropped it off I was a bit late (near the closing time) but he waited for me and listened to me talk about this that and the other well past his closing time. This guy really cares about his customers and he proved that to me BIG time. He listened to my concerns, he explained the options and in the end gave me a car back that is spotless, shiny, smooth, pretty much a mirror on wheels.
