We just bought a new used house to us. the old Furnace was making a fair amount of noise. We called and they sent Al over next day to diagnose the issue with the furnace. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed it and gave us a quote to replace the worn out blower motors. In the meantime Tom came over and gave us a quote to replace our tiny little 30 gallon hot water tank that was wore out and replace it with a monster 75 gallon. He sold the 75 gallon tank because we want to hook up our in floor heat. We now can have almost unlimited showers and my wife can fill up the soaker tub with her ridiculously hot bath water she likes. He gave us a very competitive price so we booked the job. A week later Al and the other technicians showed up to fix the furnace and replace the hot water tank on our schedule. They laid down protective matting from the front door to the furnace room as to not damage any flooring in our house. The install and repair were completed in a remarkable amount of time. They also left the hot water tank box behind at our request as my children love box forts. They are by far the best service we have ever had. thank you Al, Tom, and the rest of the team.

Jesse was here today cleaning out my furnace vents in my trailer. He did a great job and it feels so good to have this done!! He was super friendly and really nice to my pets. He was also very clean and covered the carpets and floor when he came in. Second time I have used this company and I will always be a client. Highly recommended!:)

I sent Tom a text on a Sunday Morning on a long weekend because our furnace had decided to shoot fire balls. He sent his guy out that day to inspect our furnace and when it became apparent that new furnace would be needed he was great at getting us what we needed as soon as possible. They even left us space heaters to keep the house warm until the new furnace could be installed. Tom's guys are all very professional and friendly and do great work. We have used them before for plumbing renos and will definitely use them again if the need arrives.

We connected with the guys at RT plumbing after our tankless hot water heater stopped working. They sent a technician over to an assess the situation an hour after we made the call. They were able to connect with the manufacturer the following day to determine whether or not we would be covered under warranty for a new system. The company was pleased to inform us that we did indeed have warranty and would be available to install the unit that same Friday. They even stayed late on that Friday eve to ensure we had hot water for the weekend. We were so impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, and quality of work! We will definitely use this company again in the future for any of our plumbing or heating needs.
