H-Mart Port Coquitlam

This is the biggest Korean grocery franchise in North America.

They took away my citizenship card for photocopy and without explain to me what they want it for! They got my personal information and they can do anything with it! Never give your official ID to anyone even if it's an interview! There's never a thing called "equal opportunity". The manager judges you and never get satisfied with answers, always ask the same questions and keep repeating the same questions for four times. They try to waste my time and still kept my personal information! How convenient that is!

This is a great store. Small, but jam packed with everything you can imagine. Excellent kimchi, pickles, and prepared foods selection. I love wandering and picking up a whole pile of goodies to bring home. Great prices too!

Lots of yummy food. Produce is fresh. A bit hard to social distance though with the narrow aisles and lack or signage, that could be improved.

The only Korean supermarket in PoCo. Lots of ready to eat food and yummy chicken. Love this place.
