High Knoll Lookout

Beautiful look out point! One of my favorite hikes to do in the area. The trail isnt terribly difficult though definitely not strolled friendly.

Great place to hike for a beginner like me. I like the moss covered rocks, beautiful trees and water streaming down the hill .

Felt medium level hiking..so can enjoy walking. When i got view point nice surprise waited me.. nice and wild pitt river grabbed my eyes..good trail

A nice view of the river, farms and city below. A moderate hike to get there with a slow climb at the beginning and then a bit more if an incline towards the end. Many groups bring their dogs or snacks and sit on the large rocks at the top of this lookout to enjoy the view. It is also a pretty casual hike that is commonly done by the locals that live in the areas nearby.

Great hike, perfect for kids and adults alike. There are some steep sections to keep in mind. A lot of rock surfaces which can make for slippery footing if it’s recently rained, so dress for the weather.
