Cascadia Martial Arts - Parksville

Joining Cascadia Martial Arts last winter was the best decision our family has made. Kickboxing has become a huge part of our lives, and our son is loving taekwondo classes. The first time you walk in the door, the Owners and Staff make you feel right at home, and one year later we feel like part of the family. We have never been in better shape, we have made some wonderful friends, and kickboxing is a blast. We can't imagine our lives without our Cascadia Family.

Awesome instructors. Clean facility. Fair prices. They have taught my son not only defensive moves against bullies but also life lessons on how to be a good person. Highly recommend. Worth every penny. My wife loves the kickboxing classes too.

Cascadia kickboxing is an amazing workout. The instructors are knowledgeable, and push you to work hard in a fun atmosphere. The Cascadia community is supportive, encouraging each other to achieve goals in the various fitness challenges that the club puts on. I highly recommend kickboxing at Cascadia!

The staff are very supportive both for me and my son. Best place for kickboxing and taekwando in the Island.
