Pharmasave Qualicum

This is a review for the Post Office inside the Pharmasave. 10/10! The ladies who work there are such a delight, always patient and supportive of my shipping needs as a small business owner. They’ve helped me tremendously in streamlining my shipping process and go above and beyond every time. Such a stark contrast to the Post Office located a few block down from here (yikes). Highly recommend this post office. Thank you ladies!

I was recommended to speak to Brianna by one of the pharmacists at the wonderful Patksville store. I have called twice and left messages. I called again today and asked to speak to the manager only to learn Brianna is the owner! This is extremely rude behaviour, especially by the owner of a store. I passed on to the Parksville store to never recommend speaking to this woman. Parksville is amazing. Everyone goes above and beyond and is always so friendly. Shame on you Qualicum.

Awesome assistance from Pharmacist Owner Briana. My wife was stung by a wasp and had allergic reaction. Briana helped with instructions and eppy pen and antihistamine. Monitored my wife until paramedics arrived. Thank you for compassionate care!

Worst pharmacy around. Messed up my medication coverage and refused to reimburse me. Constantly dispensing several months meds at a time when i ask for one month. No offer to fix. The lady in the cosmetics department watches me like I'm a criminal when I'm shopping.. don't know why. Worst service ever. FOLLOW UP the manager of the pharmacy called me while I was at work today. On top of poor service they WILL, without permission call you to talk you out of how you feel. No thanks. What the heck>?

I have never seen so many 50 year old confused and rude in my life. This is my last pharmisave visit ever.see you soon shoppers
