I found Ada-Lou through my group of midwives and my husband and I are so glad we contacted her. Because it was during the quarantine, the first appointments were online. We were a bit skeptical at first not sure how a physiotherapy session would work through a video call. But it not only worked but also it was so helpful. I was having some difficulty breastfeeding and Ada-Lou worked on my baby’s physical and emotional traumas. She has been teaching us so much how to best cater to our baby needs in a very calm and respectful manner. We are so grateful for having the chance to meet Ada-Lou and getting the treatment our daughter needs! We'll always recommend her work to everyone. Both online and in-person appointments worked so well for us. Ada-Lou knowledge and her magical healing hands helped our family through the first months as new parents and for that we’re so grateful!

Wonderful physio! She has a great personality and great skills at pain reduction and healing. She works holistically which helps you get better faster. I went from bedridden to wheelchair to standing!
