Canada Post

I’ve been shipping for a long time and absolutely hate going to this post office they clearly don’t have a clue how Canada post works, the lady with white hair needs to adjust her attitude! Go to any other post office then this one or stand in the line that that lady is not in!

I've been going to this location since before it moved, about 4 years now, and all the staff have always been wonderful. So friendly and helpful. It bothers me how customers treat them sometimes. I see a lot of rude people almost every time I go. The staff deserve major props!

Always friendly staff here, don’t believe the neee sayers

Every single time I go to this post office the same lady is there. She is extremely rude and raises her voice at my lack of info. I go there for help sending mail. I’ve asked her not to raise her voice at me every time and she says ‘this is just how I talk’. Perhaps a refresher in customer service communication is due 🤬

Not sure what you are all belly aching about, but my experience has been nothing but FRIENDLY and COURTEOUS Service by ALL 3 Staff there, I mail there almost every day and have never been treated badly. Perhaps Customers should be more friendly with their inquiries and listen to what the current Rules and Regulations are instead of being rude to the People behind the Counter who are merely only following the current Rules and Regulations. Yes, at times you may encounter part time/fill in workers not yet completely versed in all things Post and Shipping, but that happens everywhere, Grocery Stores, Banks etc. Just be nice and you will be treated nice....I've seen some pretty nasty Customers hurling all kinds of curses at the poor people just trying to do their job. Otherwise, you get what you give...
