The worst Canada Post location. They never attempt to deliver and they are very rude and disorganized. We had to take a day off to pick up our mails here and when we did, they only gave us 2 mails and then we asked we should have more. The lady says that's all she found and we told her to look again. After waiting for 5 minutes, she found almost 30+ mails with important bank documents which are time sensitive. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. This location should get investigated and needs better customer service. They shouldn't scam people by telling us they've attempted to deliver it but they didn't. Some days we wait outside and we even have doorbell cameras, and not once they've attempted to deliver. If we can give this location 0 stars, we would. Please investigate this company.

First of all they have no listed phone number. The public area to pick up packages is only open from 10AM - 2PM... how is anyone with a full time job supposed to pick up a package? The mail in my building is being held at this canada post because people keep breaking into the mailboxes so now I have several packages and mail sitting there and I can't get off work to get it. I'm sure as hell not calling in sick and missing a days worth of pay just to be able to pick up my mail.

I have been trying to find a contact phone number or online support for a delivery problem and I have had to go through screen after screen and then when I finally find the "contact" number at the very bottom of a screen in tiny letters.......it comes up "page not available". So typical of government websites.....anything important is buried or doesn't exist! Even the website was a major make work project that probably cost the tax payer way more money than it should have!

Bin dealing with this place while my mailbox gets sorted out people in there are rude and how am I suppose to work full time and make it there between 10-2 m-f
