Canada Post

I am staying in Osoyoos for 3 months. I am staying in a hotel, and the tracking says that items were delivered. However, they were not. I phoned the local Canada Post office. Apparently, they don't actually deliver to local businesses such as hotels. Instead the local businesses have PO boxes. They told me I ought to know that (because I was born knowing it?) and that I'm lucky my parcels didn't get sent back. This made me a little angry and frustrated, and when I was clearly angry and frustrated, they hung up on me. The lady I spoke to was rude. She was unhelpful. I am not surprised that she works for the Canada Post corporation. She told me her supervisor instructed her to hang up on me. I have dealt with Canada Post in a business and personal way for decades. I'm not going to lie. They suck. However, this local branch? This is the worst of Canada Post that I have ever seen. I cannot imagine worse service. The word service is a joke in this regard.

Should be open 7 days a week

Two close to each other, lots of parking.
